  1. I have experienced thyroid problems for five years now and it has certainly been hard battle with weight gain, fuzzy brain function, dry skin and lack of energy. What has helped is exercise in the form of walking every day. I am on medication, and I have yet to find a doctor who really shows an interest in this condition in my city...All my best wishes to thyroid sufferers out there, keep exercising, grill all foods and avoid sugar.
